"Box held up great"
I was a little worried about it getting knocked around in shipping, the box showed up in great shape and everything was packed safe with no bent corners.

My photo book turned out pretty much how I expected. It matched what I uploaded, and all the pages were in the right order, which was a relief. One of the photos did look a little darker than I thought it would... but overall, it was accurate!

The prints actually came out nice overall. The colors looked sharp and the pages felt good, which was a relief because I was half expecting something to be off. I still found myself checking closely for smudges or dull spots, but thankfully nothing major stood out.

I ordered a photo book from Photobook America, the paper was okay, just okay. It wasn’t terrible or anything, but it felt a little thinner than I expected, and a few pages had a slight bend to them.
The photos still came out looking decent, so I’m not really upset with the order. I just wish the paper had felt sturdier, especially for the price. A little more solid would’ve made a big difference, really, a big difference.

I ordered a photobook from photobookamerica.com and, honestly... I was happy with how it turned out. The colors looked really close to what I uploaded, not too dark or off like I’ve seen with a few other photo sites.
A couple of my phone pictures weren’t super sharp, but that was probably more on me than them. The better-quality photos came out clean and clear, and overall the book looked nicer than I expected. I’d definitely use them again.

I made a photo book for my mom and had a lot of fun putting it together. I liked that I could change the layouts, backgrounds, text, and even the little clipart pieces without feeling stuck with one template. I also appreciated getting the order email and receipt right away, so I knew everything went through fine.
I’m not super techy, but I still managed to get it looking close to what I had pictured in my head. It took a little playing around, but not in a frustrating way, more like I kept tweaking things because I could.

"Good discounts, though I got a little confused"
They do have some good promo codes from time to time, and I ended up saving a bit of money. I’ll admit I might’ve been rushing and not reading everything closely, but it wasn’t super clear which deals actually worked until I got to checkout. Still a decent experience overall, I just wish the discounts were easier to figure out...

I really liked how flexible the layouts were on photobookamerica.com. I could resize photos, move text boxes around, and even swap pages without having to start over, which made the whole process way less annoying. A lot of sites make you feel stuck with whatever template you pick, but this one actually let me make it look the way I wanted. I did feel a little dismissed when I was figuring things out at first, like the process wasn’t super hand-holdy, but after playing around with it for a bit, I got the hang of it. Overall I’m really happy with how it turned out.

My photobook showed up with maybe 3 or 4 pages printed wrong, so I sent them an email. They got back to me quickly, I think within about a day, and sent out a replacement without making it a whole big thing. The new one looks great, so I’m happy with how they handled it.
